You're sitting on land — surplus parcels, an old school, a courthouse, a parking lot — and you don't know what it can support or what it's worth. Bucky tells you before you spend on a consultant study, and gives you something to put in front of council.
01 — BUCKY ADVANTAGES
02 — DELIVERABLES
03 — OBJECTIONS
We have no budget / procurement takes a year.
Bucky is decision support for council-ready, cited analysis — not an AI rollout. Start with a known property or a staff pilot.
We can't rely on a private company's interpretation of our own code.
Bucky cites every output back to local documentation.
Our staff planners do this.
Bucky increases the capacity for planners.
How do we actually use this?
The same project carries the site from screening through feasibility, entitlement, and team formation. Start with one address. Add people only when that stage needs them — a viewer for a client, a stakeholder for a planner, a partner when you hire. Bucky is the pre-development record, not the construction job site.
Who gets added to a project?
You first. Add a colleague only if they will work in Bucky. Invite a client as a viewer, or send a share link. Track a planner or lender as a stakeholder without giving them a seat. Do not add the whole office on day one.
What's the best way to roll this out?
One champion, one live project, then one invite. Week two is when you decide whether anyone else needs a seat.
